FCL CONTAINER SERVICES

What is FCL (Full Container Load)

An FCL shipment refers to the transport of goods using a full container for shipping. The goods being imported or exported occupy the entire container and are not shared with other importers or exporters, unlike LCL (Less than Container Load).

FCL shipments can be simple and fast.

  • You take the entire container for yourself – You have greater flexibility and control over your FCL shipment.
  • Safe shipping – Supervision during loading and unloading helps avoid potential rough handling typical of LCL shipments, which could damage your cargo.
  • Stay competitive – FCL can be a more economical option, even if you do not fully occupy the container.

Most popular types of containers

  • Choose the FCL container that best suits your needs:
  • 20-foot FCL container – up to 10 standard pallets or 11 European pallets.
  • 40-foot FCL container – up to 21 standard pallets or 25 European pallets.
  • 40-foot High Cube – up to 25 European pallets with an additional 8.3 m³ of space.
