CONCRETE TRUCKS

Concrete pumping is a key stage in the construction of various types of projects – from residential buildings and industrial halls to bridges, roads, and high-rise structures. To achieve speed, precision, and safety in placing concrete, specialized concrete pumps are used, enabling the transport of the mix from the mixer directly to the pouring site, regardless of distance or height.

Modern concrete pumping equipment includes both standard and combined solutions, offering horizontal and vertical reach. This facilitates access to hard-to-reach areas on construction sites and increases efficiency when working across different terrains.

Main features:

  • A total of 11 new concrete pumps, equipped with modern control and safety systems.
  • 5 combined pumps with horizontal and vertical pumping capabilities, offering a reach between 25 and 42 meters – suitable for both low-rise and mid-rise construction projects.
  • 2 concrete pumps with carbon-fiber booms, which reduce the overall structural weight and allow for a longer boom reach without compromising stability. The use of carbon fiber results in easier maneuverability, less axle load, and a longer service life of the equipment.

All concrete pumps are fitted with special safety valves that prevent accidental spillage or dripping of concrete onto the worksite or freshly poured sections. This ensures a cleaner, more controlled working environment and contributes to higher quality of the final result.

Additionally, modern concrete pumps are designed with work optimization in mind – fast boom unfolding and folding, remote control, high productivity, and compatibility with different types of concrete mixes.

Concrete pumping technology is widely applied in the construction of foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and all types of vertical and horizontal structures, where traditional manual or gravity-based pouring would be difficult or inefficient.
