The Supplier and Business Partner Code of Conduct of “Next Logistics” Ltd. sets out the key principles, standards, and expectations that the company requires from its suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners. The purpose of this Code is to ensure that all parties working with “Next Logistics” Ltd. are aware of and comply with the ethical, legal, and sustainable business practices outlined herein.

“Next Logistics” Ltd. requires its suppliers and business partners to:

  • comply with all applicable national and international laws and standards, including those related to labor and social rights, environmental protection, health and safety at work, competition, anti-corruption, as well as personal data protection and confidentiality of information.
  • conduct their business honestly and transparently, without engaging in bribery, fraud, or any other forms of corruption. Offering, promising, or accepting any improper advantage with the intention of influencing business decisions is strictly prohibited. All business relationships must be built on transparency, trust, and mutual respect.
  • ensure fair working conditions, including a safe working environment and reasonable working hours for their employees. Suppliers must respect the right of employees to associate and bargain collectively and must not allow discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. “Next Logistics” Ltd. does not tolerate the use of forced, slave, or child labor and requires all contractors to adhere to this standard.
  • ensure a safe and healthy work environment, implement preventive measures to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries, and provide employees with appropriate training and protective equipment.
  • minimize environmental pollution, use resources efficiently, manage waste and harmful emissions responsibly, and promote sustainable practices throughout their operations.
  • keep confidential any information they gain access to while working with “Next Logistics” Ltd. and use it solely for fulfilling their contractual obligations. Sharing information with third parties without prior written consent is prohibited.

“Next Logistics” Ltd. reserves the right to conduct audits or request evidence of compliance with this Code. Suppliers must cooperate during such audits and take corrective actions where non-compliance is identified. Failure to comply may result in termination of the contractual relationship or removal from the list of approved suppliers.

All suppliers and business partners of “Next Logistics” Ltd. must adhere to this Code and must not violate its provisions.

Objectives to be achieved by 31.12.2026:

  • strengthened control over document flow;
  • familiarization of suppliers and partners with the company’s policies;
  • increasing the share of suppliers with strong internal ethics, safety, and sustainability policies;
  • implementation of annual monitoring regarding labor, environmental, ethical, and governance aspects.

Actions required from suppliers:

  • providing information, documents, and evidence regarding compliance with all requirements;
  • implementing internal procedures to prevent corruption, incidents, and labor rights violations;
  • participating in trainings, audits, or communication initiatives when necessary;
  • implementing measures to reduce waste, optimize resource use, and improve safety;
  • immediate reporting of incidents, irregularities, or risks related to their work.

Expected outcomes:

  • sustainable and transparent cooperation based on trust;
  • improved safety and reduced number of incidents;
  • better management of environmental risks;
  • higher level of corporate responsibility among suppliers;
  • documented traceability of compliance with all requirements.

Scope of the Code:

  • all suppliers of goods and services;
  • subcontractors, transport partners, and temporary contractors;
  • all legal or natural persons who have contractual relations with “Next Logistics” Ltd.

Relevance:

The requirements apply according to the nature of the supplier’s activity, taking into account:

  • the type of services or materials provided;
    • potential risks to safety, the environment, and society;
  • the scale and frequency of cooperation.

Traceability and Monitoring:

  • keeping registers and archives of audits and corrective actions;
  • documenting incidents, improvements, and measures taken;
  • possibility of additional audits in case of increased risk.

Sanctions for non-compliance with the Code:

  • official written warning;
  • requirement for corrective actions within 30 days;
  • temporary suspension of cooperation;
  • financial penalties as specified in the contract/order;
  • termination of contract/cooperation and removal from the list of approved suppliers;
  • notification of competent authorities in cases of serious violations.
