The Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners of Next Logistics Ltd. defines the fundamental principles, standards, and expectations that Next Logistics Ltd. has towards its suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners. The purpose of this Code is to ensure that all parties working with Next Logistics Ltd. are aware of and comply with the ethical, legal, and sustainable business practices contained herein.

Next Logistics Ltd. requires all suppliers and business partners it works with:

  • To comply with all applicable national and international laws and standards, including those related to labor and social rights, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, competition, anti-corruption, as well as personal data and confidential information protection.
  • To conduct business honestly and transparently, without engaging in bribery, fraud, or other forms of corruption. Offering, promising, or accepting any improper advantage intended to influence business decisions is strictly prohibited. All business relationships must be built on transparency, trust, and mutual respect.
  • To ensure fair working conditions, including a safe working environment and reasonable working hours for their employees. They must respect employees’ rights to associate and bargain collectively, and must not allow discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other grounds. Next Logistics Ltd. does not tolerate the use of forced, slave, or child labor and requires all contractors to adhere to this principle.
  • To provide a safe and healthy workplace, take preventive measures to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries, and train employees while providing them with the necessary protective equipment.
  • To minimize environmental pollution, use resources efficiently, manage waste and harmful emissions responsibly, and promote sustainable practices throughout their operations.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of all information they gain access to in the course of their work with Next Logistics Ltd., and to use it solely for the purposes of the contractual relationship. Sharing information with third parties without prior written consent is not permitted.

Next Logistics Ltd. reserves the right to carry out audits or request proof of compliance with this Code when necessary. During such audits, suppliers and partners are expected to cooperate fully and take corrective actions in case of identified non-compliance. Failure to comply with the Code may result in termination of contractual relations or removal from the list of approved suppliers.

All suppliers and business partners of Next Logistics Ltd. are required to adhere to this Code and to refrain from violating its provisions.
