Scope
This policy applies to all employees of Next Logistics Ltd. and all suppliers (subcontractors, carriers) and partners providing or receiving services from the company.

• Environmental Responsibility – preference for suppliers with proven environmental practices and certifications.
• Energy Efficiency – optimization of transport routes, use of modern and low-emission vehicles, and application of energy-efficient technologies in warehouses.
• Intermodal Transport – strategic combination of multiple transport modes to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Sustainable Materials – use of eco-friendly packaging, reuse, and recycling of resources.
• Social Responsibility – collaboration with suppliers (subcontractors, carriers) who provide fair labor conditions and support local and small enterprises.
• Ethics and Transparency – compliance with all applicable laws and international standards regarding ethics, human rights, and labor practices.
• Innovation and Technology – implementation of digital solutions for process optimization, traceability, and control.
• Transparency and Accountability – clearly defined criteria for supplier selection, regular monitoring, and public reporting.
• Training and Engagement – employees are trained and encouraged to apply sustainable practices in daily work.
• Support for Local and Small Suppliers whenever possible.
• Waste Reduction and Recycling – promote reuse and recycling, minimizing environmental impact.
• Avoid Unsustainable or Unethical Practices in procurement or operations.
• Continuous Improvement – corrective actions are taken for non-compliance, and best practices from the sector are implemented.
• Green Policy Commitment – environmental considerations are central to decision-making. (In 2023, the company saved over 140,000 tons of CO₂ emissions through rail, intermodal, combined, and river transport solutions, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development.)

Supplier Requirements
All suppliers of Next Logistics Ltd. must:

• Adhere to company requirements and policies.
• Support transparency in processes to ensure accurate and correct delivery of goods.

Supplier Selection and Evaluation Process

• Sustainability is a key criterion in supplier selection.
• Evaluation includes review of environmental performance, social standards, and corporate governance.
• Requirement for CMR insurance to cover carrier liability.
• Verification of vehicles used for transport services.
• Assessment of each supplier.
