As a leader in the logistics sector, Next Logistics Ltd. recognizes its contribution and responsibility towards the environment and human health.

With this Environmental Policy, we aim to promote environmental protection and the sustainable use of natural resources, minimize the environmental impacts arising from our activities, and contribute to nature conservation through good practices, innovation, and effective management.

This policy applies to all activities within the scope of Next Logistics Ltd., including:

• Transport and logistics
• Warehousing operations
• Administrative activities
• Work with clients, partners, and carriers

Objectives and Principles of Next Logistics Ltd.

• Compliance with Legislation
• We comply with all applicable national and EU environmental requirements, regulations, and standards.
• We monitor changes in environmental legislation and adapt our practices accordingly.

• Pollution Prevention and Resource Efficiency
• We strive to reduce emissions from the vehicles we use through regular maintenance and the use of energy-efficient technologies.
• We do not use unverified vehicles with leaks, pollution, or excessive harmful emissions.
• Vehicles are maintained in proper technical condition to minimize emissions.
• Eco-friendly combined transport – by optimizing maritime and land routes, we reduce the carbon footprint, use more efficient vehicles, shorten distances, and minimize transit time.
• Energy-efficient land transport – we invest in modern, energy-efficient vehicles to reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions, including low-energy, hybrid, and LNG (liquefied natural gas) technologies.
• We optimize transport routes to reduce mileage and fuel consumption.
• Proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste are ensured at the company facilities.
• Data on electricity, water, and consumable use are collected to improve and reduce their quantities and environmental impact.
• Combined transport – combining sea and land transport reduces carbon emissions and optimizes resources, making deliveries more economical and environmentally friendly.
• Energy efficiency – the Next Logistics Ltd. base is powered entirely by photovoltaic batteries, reducing the carbon footprint and increasing energy efficiency.
• We encourage the use of electronic documents and promote reuse and recycling to reduce consumption and environmental impact.
• Green policy commitment – environmental considerations are central to our decisions. (In 2023, the company saved over 140,000 tons of CO₂ emissions through rail, intermodal, combined, and river transport solutions, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development.)
