Main principles:

Objectives to be achieved by 31.12.2026:
Environmental sustainability:
- Reduction of CO₂ emissions through optimization of transport routes.
- Reduction of waste through recycling and process streamlining.
Healthy and safe working conditions:
- Zero workplace accidents and mandatory annual occupational safety training.
- Employee mental health and well-being program.
Social engagement:
- Support of at least 3 new social or educational initiatives.
- Employee participation in volunteer initiatives.
Ethics and governance:
- Internal audits and compliance control with ethical standards.
- Maintenance of a feedback and violation reporting system.
Partnerships and supply chains:
- Evaluation of new suppliers based on social and environmental criteria.
Training and development:
- Mandatory training for every employee.
- Competency development program for all employees.
Control and monitoring:
- Regular review of societal and environmental impact.
- Audits and internal control to ensure compliance with CSR and ethical standards.
- Documentation and accountability for inspections by external and internal authorities.
Sanctions for non-compliance with the policy and/or the law:
Upon receiving a report of violation, an internal investigation is conducted. If a violation is confirmed, depending on the severity of the case, the following measures may be applied:
- Verbal or written warning;
- Temporary suspension from work;
- Reduction or removal of bonuses;
- Termination of employment;
- If necessary – notification of competent authorities.
