Manager “Maritime logistics and forwarding”
Next Logistic is a well-established Bulgarian company in the field of transport and logistics, with a wide network of Bulgarian and international partners.
As part of the expansion of our service portfolio, we are looking for a Manager “Sea Freight and Logistics”, who will take on the responsibility of building and developing a new division within the company.
This is a strategic role for a candidate with proven experience, ambition, and the desire to build a strong team around them.
Main responsibilities:
- Establishment and development of the "Marine Logistics and Forwarding" department
- Attracting customers and developing a partner network
- Organization of sea and river transport
- Organizing import and export of cargo
- Negotiations with shipping lines, agents, ports and subcontractors
- Transport planning and tracking, time and cost control
- Ensuring a high level of service and efficiency
- Participation in the development of new services and commercial solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in maritime logistics, ocean freight forwarding or a related field
- Skills for building and managing business relationships
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Leadership potential and willingness to build a team
- Very good command of a foreign language (B2+/C1)
- Knowledge of working with transport documentation and regulations
