Manager “Container transport and forwarding”
Next Logistic is a well-established Bulgarian company in the field of transport and logistics, with a wide network of Bulgarian and international partners. In connection with the expansion of our business and the creation of a new division, we are looking for a Manager “Container Transport and Freight Forwarding” with an established network of clients and subcontractors, and experience in leading a team for organizing container shipments.
This is a role for a professional who understands the specifics of container transport, has strong commercial experience, knows how to build partnerships, and is looking for an opportunity to develop and lead a new division in a growing company.
Main responsibilities:
- Creation and development of the Container Forwarding Department
- Attracting customers and developing a network of partners
- Organization of import and export by container transport
- Negotiation with shipping lines, terminals and agents
- Control of contracts, costs and deadlines
- Building and leading a sales team
- Development of new services and logistics solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in container shipping or sea freight forwarding
- Knowledge of international logistics chains
- Excellent negotiation and partnership skills
- Leadership qualities and readiness to lead
- Very good command of a foreign language (B2+/C1)
- Knowledge of transport documentation and regulations
