Office worker with Turkish language – Reservation Department

As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an Office Assistant with Turkish for our Reservations Department, who will strengthen our team with professionalism, attention to detail, and a desire for development.
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting written correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
- Accepting and confirming reservations by email
- Daily communication with clients and partners
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Mandatory proficiency in Turkish and English
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Attention to detail, organization, responsibility
- Communicative and positive attitude
- Long-term work intentions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sales skills and customer orientation
- Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office and Outlook
