Office worker with English language – Reservation Department
Next Logistic is an established company in the field of transport and logistics, with a wide network of Bulgarian and international partners.
As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an Office Assistant with English for our Reservations Department, who will strengthen our team with professionalism, attention to detail, and a desire for development.
Main responsibilities:
- Accepting and confirming reservations by email and phone
- Maintaining email correspondence with clients and partners
- Daily coordination with departments and contractors
- Processing and tracking reservation requests in the system
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Mandatory fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a second foreign language is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Attention to detail, organization, responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- No experience required – we provide training for new colleagues
