Main responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing international shipments
- Coordination of requests between customers and carriers
- Communication with partners to confirm services
- Real-time transport tracking
- Collaborate with colleagues for effective work
- Development of existing and new customers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in a foreign language
- Experience in freight forwarding is considered an advantage
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and attention to deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office
